Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Group Product Management Manager to shape strategy and execution for consumer-facing and platform products in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role partners with senior leadership, engineering, design, and data teams to translate market insight into scalable product direction.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch while building repeatable product practices in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing or platform products.
• Experience leading zero-to-one product areas with significant outcomes.
• Ownership of technical software products from inception to launch with business impact.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams without direct authority.
• Experience in complex environments requiring cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to inform product strategy.
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new products with senior leaders.
• Drive the full lifecycle of product development from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Own the UI/UX design process, using AI tools for prototyping and testing.
• Analyze customer behavior and data to guide product decisions and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex product challenges and alignment across stakeholders.
• Establish product patterns and execution standards to enhance scalability and repeatability.
