Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Platform to own strategy and execution for shared platform capabilities, enabling scalable experiences across the business. You will guide product direction for platform services and data foundations while partnering with architecture, engineering, and UX leadership.

This high-impact leadership role shapes governance, prioritization, and adoption across complex technical and organizational dependencies, all while leading a remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with 5+ years in leadership
• Experience leading platform, data, or shared services product teams
• Experience defining and scaling enterprise data platforms and governance

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers focused on platform and user experience
• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for shared platform capabilities
• Drive the evolution of the data platform strategy and enterprise data model
• Partner with Architecture and Engineering to establish scalable platform capabilities
• Work with UX leadership to create consistent and intuitive customer experiences
• Establish governance models and prioritization frameworks for decision quality
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities and measure their business impact
