Ladders is seeking a Product Manager II, Wallets and DeFi to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role shapes strategy and execution for custody and decentralized finance capabilities serving enterprise and institutional customers.

You will partner with engineering, security, legal, and compliance to deliver products balancing customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business growth.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience in developer-facing or API-first products, preferably in custody or fintech infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of crypto custody models and DeFi primitives.
• Proven experience launching 0-to-1 products with engineering teams for enterprise customers.
• Experience working in regulated environments, collaborating with legal and compliance teams.
• Ability to define success metrics and drive accountability for adoption and revenue outcomes.
• Familiarity with responsible use of generative AI to improve workflow efficiency.

Aufgaben

• Own the roadmap for the company's unified custody offering from start to finish.
• Define product strategy for flexible custody options tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, legal, and compliance teams to launch custody and DeFi products.
• Translate customer and partner requirements into a prioritized roadmap linked to revenue targets.
• Measure and improve adoption metrics from integration through funded accounts.
