Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Switchboard, to lead the product vision and roadmap for a customer-facing platform that helps teams manage infrastructure, monitor health, and improve operational outcomes. You will partner with engineering and customers to align product decisions with technical priorities and deliver a simpler, more effective experience in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management experience in technology or infrastructure.
• Ability to define and execute a product vision and roadmap.
• Technical knowledge to discuss infrastructure trade-offs.
• Strong UX mindset and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for the product, aligning customer needs with engineering priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance tools for operating dedicated instances.
• Enhance the customer-facing console for better infrastructure management and health monitoring.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and explain product decisions.
• Apply a user experience perspective to product development, working closely with engineering.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer migration experiences and incident management.
