Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Retail Experiences. This remote role owns the vision and multi-year roadmap for a retail-facing product that blends digital and physical guest interactions across locations.

You will work with engineering, product, and operations to scale capabilities and shape go-to-market plans. Responsibilities include defining the roadmap, reducing friction in guest journeys, building features for the physical environment, and piloting capabilities with retail

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in consumer mobile or digital products.
• Experience blending digital and physical experiences, particularly in hospitality or retail.
• Strong prioritization based on user research and journey mapping.
• Proven ability to define product vision and translate into actionable roadmaps.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android release processes and content management tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance measurement.
