Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the remote access client portfolio. You will own the vision and roadmap across multiple access modalities, partnering with engineering, design, sales, and customers to deliver a secure, intuitive enterprise experience.

The role emphasizes balancing product strategy with user experience and technical depth, driving adoption and informing investment decisions in a growing area. Remote work within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering/Business or related field; Master's/MBA a plus.
6+ years in product management within an Agile/Scrum environment.
5+ years in software/SaaS/cloud security, especially remote/privileged access management.

Responsibilities

Own and articulate a multi-year product vision for the remote access client portfolio.
Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap for various access modalities.
Define a coherent access experience with consistent policies and session recordings.
Anticipate and sequence investment in evolving access patterns and requirements.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to validate direction and requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Shape go-to-market strategies and enable sales teams with resources.
