Qualifications

• 7+ years building and architecting mobile apps.
• 4+ years with React Native and Expo.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience updating React Native SDKs and debugging JS-native bridge.
• Experience with mobile observability tools (Sentry/Crashlytics, Maestro/Appium) is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set technical strategy for the team on a yearly horizon.
• Collaborate across product, design, analytics for sustainability and risk.
• Act as a force-multiplier by defining scalable tech solutions.
• Own team operations and availability with monitoring and on-call practices.
• Set code review and design standards and evangelize them.
• Mentor and develop team members through feedback and example.
