Job summary

EY is seeking a Staff Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to support enterprise delivery and ingress operations across AWS, AVI, Azure, DNS, certificates, routing and edge security. You will assist with monitoring, onboarding, configuration changes, maintenance, incident response, and lifecycle activities following established standards and runbooks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in networking, cloud operations, load balancing, or related technical roles.
• Strong ability to follow change controls, runbooks, and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ingress and edge platform health, availability, alerts, capacity, and performance.
• Perform initial triage of connectivity, load balancing, DNS, certificates, routing, and traffic delivery issues.
• Follow runbooks to collect evidence, validate health, and escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in incident response, maintenance, and on-call support.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and operational records.
