Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or related field).
• 1–3 years general accounting experience; month-end close & reconciliations preferred.
• Working knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
• Experience with ERP/general ledger system; handle confidential financial information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries including accruals, prepaid amortization, and recurring entries.
• Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and assist with audit schedules.
• Maintain audit-ready workpapers and reconciliation files per policy.
• Analyze general ledger activity for accuracy and resolve posting errors.
• Assist in monthly financial reporting schedules and variance analysis.
• Support ad hoc accounting projects and tasks as directed by Accounting Manager.
