HCA Healthcare, Inc. offers a Staff Accountant role focused on maintaining accurate financial records and supporting monthly close processes. The position emphasizes GAAP compliance, internal controls, and collaboration across departments to ensure timely, accurate financial information.

You will work with Concur and ERP systems to review reconciliations, prepare statements, and assist with audits and financial reporting in a work-from-home environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field required.
• Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Coursework in financial accounting, managerial accounting, auditing, taxation, and business finance preferred.

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate financial records through bank, credit card, account, and GL reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, analyses, and schedules to assist management.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes and journal entries.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting activities.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Process corporate credit card transactions through Concur with proper coding and documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve inquiries.
