RethinkFirst is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our accounting and finance team. The role reports to the Controller and supports bank reconciliations, month-end close, and GAAP compliance. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of accounting experience and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including bank reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Assist the month-end close process, including balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Ensure deadlines are met for financial reporting and management review.
• Support external auditors by providing requested documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and GAAP standards.
