Job summary

CHG Healthcare is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage company-wide close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly flux analyses. You will also support multi-entity intercompany activity, consolidation, and debt compliance reporting.

The role requires GAAP expertise, 5+ years of accounting, and proficiency with Workday or similar ERP systems. CPA preferred; Big Four experience is advantageous. Flexible work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• CPA license preferred; Master’s degree encouraged.
• 5+ years of accounting experience and problem solving.
• GAAP knowledge and ability to apply to processes.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close duties and post journal entries.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and flux analyses.
• Perform multi-entity and intercompany accounting and consolidation support.
• Contribute to MD&A schedules and debt compliance reporting.
• Support annual financial statement audit and prepare technical accounting memos.
