Mobiz IT is seeking a Staff Accountant to own month-end close and ledger integrity in Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will code entries with full dimensions and prepare reconciliations across bank, AR/AP, and intercompany balances, driving accurate profitability reporting.

The role is fully remote for US-based candidates, with responsibility for multi-entity accounting, cost allocation, and variance analysis to support budgeting and financial planning.

Responsabilidades

• Month-End Close: prepare and post recurring close journal entries, deferrals, accruals, and amortization.
• Reconciliations: reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, intercompany, AR/AP aging, and prepaid/revenue accounts.
• Intercompany: prepare cross-charge entries and balance reconciliations across Mobiz entities.
• Cost Allocation: run payroll allocations and ensure total allocated equals payroll with proper cost separation.
• Reporting & Analysis: produce P&L by department, perform variance analysis (>5%), support budgeting/forecasting.
• Tax & Compliance: prepare sales/use tax, assist external CPA with filings, track deadlines.
