YUPRO Placement is hiring a full-time, remote Staff Accountant based in Texas. The role reports to the Controller and handles full-cycle accounting with emphasis on accounts receivable, cash application, and journal entries for payments. Travel to meetings may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Generally accepted GAAP knowledge and ability to perform standard journal entries.
• Experience with high-volume accounts receivable and cash application.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with weekly deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Apply client payments to invoices and complete related journal entries.
• Monitor net payment terms and assist in cash management and aging reviews.
• Process accounts payable and expense reports; prepare month-end/quarter-end closes.
• Support weekly contractor payroll as a backup and address payment discrepancies.
