Qualifikationen

• Experience in accounts payable and employee expense reporting.
• Familiarity with 1099 processing and vendor management helpful.
• Knowledge of cash activity, month-end close, and reconciliations.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage the Accounts Payable inbox and ensure invoices are processed accurately and timely.
• Create and maintain vendor records, including new employees, and collect W-9s and ACH/remittance information.
• Maintain current-year 1099 vendor/contractor listing and support annual 1099 preparation.
• Enter vendor invoices into Sage Intacct and route for review/approval.
• Monitor AP workflows and follow up on outstanding invoices or approvals.
• Support monthly P&L reviews to identify missing expenses and potential accruals.
• Assist with expense report processing and Expensify administration.
• Support monthly corporate credit card reconciliations.
