Qualifications

• Hands-on accounting experience, preferably in staffing/recruiting.
• Experience handling high volumes of AR with weekly invoices and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet tight weekly and month-end deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable/Cash Application: apply client payments to invoices and complete journal entries; address discrepancies weekly.
• Cash Management: monitor net terms, escalate issues; review aging and communicate with stakeholders.
• Accounts Payable: process payments via Bill.com and reconcile; ensure monthly accounting for vendors.
• Expense Reports: review, process and book employee expenses per policy; ensure accuracy.
