YUPRO Placement is hiring a full-time Staff Accountant to work remotely from Texas. The role conducts full-cycle accounting with emphasis on accounts receivable, cash application, and journal entries.

It also covers accounts payable, expense processing, and month-end/quarter-end close, with occasional payroll backup. The candidate will collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate cash application and term compliance, while supporting internal and external inquiries.

Formación

• Experience in general bookkeeping and full-cycle accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and journal entries.
• Experience with AR, AP, and cash application processes.

Responsabilidades

• Apply client payments to invoices and complete journal entries for payments; research discrepancies weekly.
• Monitor net payment terms and assist cash management; escalate term issues as needed.
• Assist accounts payable; ensure timely payments and reconcile AP entries.
• Review and process employee expenses; ensure accuracy before approval.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close; back up weekly payroll activities.
