Job summary

We are seeking an Accountant to support day-to-day accounting for a growing multi-location organization. This role is primarily remote with occasional onsite bi-weekly meetings in Tulsa, OK.

You will handle accounts payable, reconciliations, sales and cash activity, and general accounting support to ensure accurate, timely financial records across locations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of accounting experience, proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related accounting experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, vendor invoices, and weekly payments
• Reconcile bank activity, deposits, credit card settlements, and vendor statements for multiple locations
• Post sales activity and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain accounts receivable, apply payments, and assist with collections
• Prepare account reconciliations and schedules for month-end close
• Assist with payroll-related reporting and other accounting support
