Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience in SRE/DevOps or automation.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Hands-on with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with software testing practices (unit tests, mocks).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex decisions.
• Experience creating metrics, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.
• Proven collaboration across engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Passion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and customer experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams to advance automation footprint within our Site Reliability Engineering org.
• Drive AIOps program milestones and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with executives to develop functional strategies across segments.
• Partner with design engineering and test teams to move from design to production.
• Provide technical guidance across engineering, operations, and business units.
