Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to propel the Site Reliability Engineering transformation with AI-driven operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders and engineering teams to advance the AIOps strategy and scale automation across the enterprise.

You will guide small teams, own milestones for the AIOps program, and communicate effectively with executives. A hands-on, self-driven leader who thrives on solving complex challenges will fit this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership in application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead products from design completion to volume production release.
Drive automation footprint and SRE best practices across the organization.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to achieve strategic goals.
Present metrics, dashboards, and executive-level updates to leaders.
