Qualifications

• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Experience with technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure.
• Experience with unit testing and mocking.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results within established timelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders.
• Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead software or hardware product delivery and performance across lifecycle.
• Partner with design engineering, test engineering, manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams to lead products from design completion through validation and release.
• Develop and execute engineering test strategies, analyze performance data, identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Serve as liaison across engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to resolve complex product issues and improve reliability and satisfaction.
• Advise leadership on technical and operational strategies within business segments or product domains.
