Humana, Inc. seeks a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive delivery and performance of complex products. You will lead cross-functional teams across design, test, manufacturing, and operations to ensure scalable, reliable solutions that meet customer requirements.

You will evaluate technologies, define test strategies, analyze data, and guide leadership on strategic directions while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Formación

• Experience leading cross-functional projects with executive-level visibility.
• Strong ability to design and implement test strategies and metrics.
• Experience communicating complex technical issues to senior leadership.
• Preferred background in SRE, operations, or related IT disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery and performance of software/hardware products from design through production release.
• Partner with design, test, manufacturing, quality, and business teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.
• Develop and execute engineering test strategies, analyze performance data, and drive corrective actions.
• Advise leadership on technical and operational strategies across product domains.
