The role partners with design engineering, test engineering, manufacturing, quality, and business teams to ensure products are technically sound, scalable, and compliant with performance and customer requirements. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Experience with technologies used in the application or infrastructure.
• Experience with unit testing and mocking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results on time.
• Ability to communicate effectively and present to senior leaders.
• Experience leading large projects and producing metrics and trend reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead products from final design through validation and high‑volume production release.
• Collaborate with design engineering, test engineering, manufacturing, quality, and cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and execute engineering test strategies and analyze performance data.
• Advise leadership on technical and operational strategies within business segments.
• Exercise independent judgment in addressing complex technical challenges with minimal supervision.
