Humana seeks a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive software/hardware product delivery from design through validation and high-volume release. You will ensure technical soundness, manufacturability, and compliance with quality and customer requirements.

You will provide technical leadership in evaluating and qualifying advanced components and systems, developing test strategies, analyzing performance data, and driving corrective actions.

• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Experience with technologies used in the application or infrastructure.
• Experience with unit testing and mocking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results on time.
