Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to oversee software or hardware product delivery and performance.

The role collaborates with design, test, manufacturing, and quality teams to guide products from design completion through validation and high-volume release. The incumbent will develop test strategies, analyze performance, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to support lifecycle management.

Competenze

2+ years of project leadership experience.
Experience with technologies used in the application(s) or infrastructure.
Experience with unit testing and mocking.
Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results on time.
Able to communicate effectively and present to senior leaders.
Experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports.
Passion for improving consumer experiences.
