Responsibilities

• Lead products from final design completion through validation, qualification, and high-volume production release
• Ensure products are technically sound and scalable for manufacturing
• Develop and execute engineering test strategies and analyze performance data
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to resolve complex issues
• Advise leadership on technical and operational strategies within business segments
• Lead and manage cross-functional programs with multiple project teams
