Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional responsible for all aspects of software and hardware product delivery and performance, spanning design through high-volume production release.

The role partners with design engineering, test engineering, manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional business teams to ensure products are technically sound, scalable, and compliant with performance and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of project leadership experience.
• Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure.
• Experience with unit testing and mocking.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and delivers quality results within established timelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders.
• Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead products from final design completion through validation, qualification, and high-volume production release.
• Develop and execute engineering test strategies, analyze performance data, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Advise leadership on technical and operational strategies across engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.
