Qualifications

Strong understanding of system reliability, monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain health, availability, and performance of automation platforms and production services.
Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations to minimize disruptions.
Improve observability through monitoring, alerts, dashboards, and reporting.
Partner with development teams to enhance reliability and operational readiness.
Support deployment, testing, configuration, and release activities across automation solutions.
Drive automation of operational processes to reduce manual effort and improve stability.
