Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to advance our Site Reliability Engineering and AIOps initiatives. You will shape automation strategies, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver strategic outcomes across the enterprise.

You will oversee projects from planning to release, mentor teams, and report progress to executives while maintaining focus on reducing toil and improving customer experiences. This remote role may involve occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in project, technical, or team leadership within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
• Experience creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, trend analysis, and executive-level updates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive strategic outcomes.
• Passion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and enhancing customer experiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with measurable business results.
