Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, communications, business or related field.
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in technical environments (engineers, designers, PMs).
• Experience recruiting in AEC industry with focus on Oil & Gas preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting for a broad set of roles in Oil & Gas and related engineering functions.
• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates in a competitive market.
• Collaborate with HR and Hiring Managers to define role requirements and pipeline strategy.
• Measure and optimize recruitment metrics to meet hiring goals and diversity targets.
• Maintain candidate relationship pipelines for short and long-term staffing needs.
