Job summary

UKG HRIS Analyst role (100% Remote) is available to support UKG Pro People Analytics, reporting, and web imports within a busy HRIS team during a period of acquisition and year-end priorities. The contractor will focus on hands-on UKG Pro work and provide additional bandwidth through year-end.

The position involves building and modifying reports, handling ad hoc data requests, troubleshooting imports, and ensuring data accuracy while collaborating with HRIS teammates on ongoing projects.

UKG HRIS Analyst (People Analytics & Reporting)

Location: 100% Remote

Type: Contract through December 2026 (extension possible)

Compensation: $40/hr (W2)

Start Date: Mid-to-Late September 2026

We're looking for a UKG HRIS Analyst to jump in and help support a busy HRIS team that is balancing an acquisition, year-end priorities, and ongoing HR systems work.

This role is less about general HRIS administration and more about being a strong UKG resource who can contribute right away. The team is specifically looking for someone with hands‑on experience in UKG Pro People Analytics, reporting, and web imports. The goal is to take work off a senior analyst's plate and provide additional bandwidth through the end of the year.

If you've spent time building reports, working through data requests, managing imports, and troubleshooting issues in UKG Pro, you'll likely be a strong fit.
