VetsEZ is seeking an SQL Development/Data Analysis Team Lead to guide a remote team supporting a large federal healthcare modernization initiative for the VA. You will lead SQL development, data analysis, reporting, and data quality activities within an Agile environment, coordinating with federal stakeholders.

You will provide hands-on leadership in SQL Server, data migration, and BI reporting, while mentoring team members and establishing coding standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or 8+ years of experience.
• Extensive hands-on SQL Server development, data transformation, and performance tuning.
• Experience leading SQL development, data analysis, or data engineering teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare data concepts (HL7, FHIR, VistA), data migration, and validation.
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau for reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor a team of SQL developers and data analysts; assign tasks and monitor deliverables.
• Provide hands-on leadership in developing and optimizing SQL queries and transformations in SQL Server.
• Oversee healthcare data analysis, integration, and migration activities to support EHR modernization.
• Direct data quality monitoring and validation to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as primary technical contact for program leadership and VA stakeholders; manage risks and reporting.
