Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong SQL Server experience with large datasets and query performance tuning.
• Healthcare data standards like HL7, FHIR, or VistA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced SQL queries, scripts, and ETL logic for data extraction, validation, and reconciliation.
• Analyze healthcare data from multiple systems and develop reports/dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to evaluate data flows, source-to-target mappings, and data models.
