Veterans EZ Info Inc. is seeking a SQL Developer / Data Analyst for a fully remote role supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project with the VA. You will develop SQL solutions, analyze healthcare data, and create BI reports while ensuring data quality across migration efforts.

The position requires 5+ years in data roles, experience with SQL Server, and familiarity with HL7/FHIR or VistA. Collaboration within an Agile, remote team and strong documentation are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or 8 years of relevant experience with 5+ years in data roles.
• Strong hands-on SQL Server development for large clinical datasets.
• Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, VistA) and data validation.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards with Power BI/Tableau and Excel.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of documenting data processes.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and migration activities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, optimize SQL queries and transformation logic for data extraction and validation.
• Create reports and dashboards to support program reporting and decision making.
• Collaborate with engineers, data architects, and stakeholders on data flows and mappings.
• Maintain data quality monitoring, reconciliation, and runbooks.
• Investigate discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and document findings.
• Support recurring reporting and evaluate AI-assisted tools for SQL optimization.
• Take on additional tasks to support project objectives.
