Job summary

Nth Degree is seeking a seasoned Sponsorship Manager contractor for remote work in the United States. This role starts in winter 2026 and runs through roughly June 2027, focusing on owning sponsor-specific deliverables for client events and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery.

You will meet with clients, build content for the Exhibitor Resource Center, assist with budgeting, communications, and post-event reporting, and provide on-site sponsor support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sponsorship management or event partnerships.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own sponsor-specific deliverables/components for client events and drive them to fruition.
• Review delivery practices and help establish sponsor management best practices.
• Meet with internal and external customers to determine needs and act as sponsor's primary contact.
• Support budgeting, sourcing, and fulfillment of marketing deliverables.
• Create and deploy communications to exhibitors and manage timelines.
• Manage on-site sponsor needs and relationships and troubleshoot issues.
