Nth Degree is seeking contractors for a Sponsorship Management role for events in the United States. The position is full-time and remote, starting in winter 2026 through mid-2027, with responsibilities spanning sponsor deliverables, vendor coordination, budgeting, and post-event reporting.

You will act as the primary sponsor contact, build the ERC, manage timelines, and ensure on-site needs are handled smoothly, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating sponsor deliverables for events.
• Ability to manage relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and vendors.
• Strong communication and organization skills to meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Own sponsor-specific deliverables for client events and drive to completion.
• Review delivery practices and document sponsor management best practices.
• Meet with internal and external customers to determine needs and be sponsor's main contact.
• Build-out and maintain ERC content with Exhibition Manager and vendors.
• Support sourcing, budgeting, and fulfillment of marketing promotions (signage, activations, F&B).
• Create and deploy exhibitor communications and reminders.
• Manage sponsor-related portions of the event timeline and deadlines.
• Oversee logistics discussions (locations, dates) and deliverables due throughout the cycle.
• Lead sponsor and vendor calls to review deadlines and address questions.
• Provide sponsors with specs on package deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage on-site sponsor needs and relationships; troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure logos/graphics/videos are included correctly on event elements.
• Assist in post-event reporting with sponsors and measure outcomes.
