Job summary

Unity is seeking a Senior Events Marketing Manager (Contractor) for a 4-6 month engagement, remote from the USA. You will jump into mid-stream planning for major events, manage vendors, and oversee production schedules with tight deadlines.

Expect on-site leadership if required and direct coordination with senior teams to ensure flawless execution. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in high-impact B2B events, deep event lifecycles knowledge, and strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Splash.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in high-impact B2B events.
• Ability to manage complex logistics with zero ramp-up time.
• Strong vendor management and on-site leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Rapid Execution: take ownership of mid-stream planning for key events.
• Vendor & Sourcing: negotiate with AV/production, F&B, rentals, and experiential partners.
• Operational Rigor: build load-in/load-out schedules and ROS docs.
• Onsite Leadership: manage crews and troubleshoot live issues.
