Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a remote Customer Success Area TAM Specialist for the United States. You will fuel solutions, guide account teams, and ensure customer requests have deep impact by leveraging Splunk Core (Enterprise/Cloud) expertise.

You will collaborate with Sales/Customer Success, deliver onboarding workshops, and craft technical action plans to improve account health and renewal prospects across a national client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering and using Splunk Core (Enterprise/Cloud).
• 3+ years Splunk architecture, data onboarding, and Splunk Core product feature experience.
• SPL (Search Processing Language) skills are critical.
• 3+ years in technical consulting or big-data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Enablement – deliver workshops, prescriptive mentorship/assistance, achieve onboarding milestones.
• Proactively engaging Area aligned Technical Success Engineers to review and assess their account’s health situation.
• Develop a technical action plan addressing the technical situation based on assessment.
• Scoping level of effort and engaging CS/SE Management for priority alignment.
