Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Success Platform Area TAM Leader (Splunk) to drive solutions for customers, guiding account teams and customers on optimal Splunk Platform use.

Remote nationwide in the United States, with emphasis on health, onboarding, and value realization for Area aligned customers. You will deliver strategic consulting, enhance customer health, and lead projects across VRP and AI initiatives while collaborating with Sales, CS, and SE teams to maximize

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience administering and using Splunk Core (Enterprise/Cloud).
• 3+ years Splunk architecture, data onboarding, and Splunk Core product feature experience.
• 3+ years SPL (Search Processing Language) skills are essential.
• Experience in technical consulting or big-data analytics.
• Splunk Architect certification required

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic, case-based technical consulting (up to 90 days).
• Guide account teams and customers on optimal use of the Splunk Platform.
• Onboarding & Enablement - deliver workshops and guidance; achieve onboarding landmarks.
• Proactively engage Technical Success Engineers to review account health and renewal risk.
• Lead internal projects (VRP, AI initiatives, new frameworks) to evolve the business.
• Contribute to practice KPIs through process and collateral improvements.
