Qualifications

• 5+ years administering Splunk Core (Enterprise/Cloud).
• 3+ years Splunk architecture, data onboarding, and Splunk Core product feature experience.
• 3+ years SPL (Search Processing Language) skills are essential.
• Experience in technical consulting or big-data analytics.
• Splunk Architect certification required

Responsibilities

• Be the lead TAM for the Splunk area and drive customer outcomes.
• Onboard and enable customers; deliver workshops and milestones.
• Collaborate with Sales/Customer Success to realize customer value.
• Review account health with Area CS/SE teams and address telemetry risks.
• Engage executives on adoption and use case opportunities.
• Lead internal projects (VRP, AI initiatives, new frameworks).
• Deliver strategic technical consulting up to 90 days.
• Contribute to practice KPIs through collateral improvements and tooling.
