Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Customer Success Area TAM Specialist, a remote U.S. role focused on Splunk Core (Enterprise/Cloud) and data-driven customer success.

You will partner with Account teams to deliver value realization, onboarding workshops, and proactive health reviews, spanning up to 90 days of strategic support. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Splunk Core, architecture, and technical consulting, with strong SPL skills and cloud experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering and using Splunk Core (Enterprise/Cloud).
• 3+ years Splunk architecture, data onboarding, and Splunk Core product feature experience.
• SPL skills are critical.
• 3+ years experience in technical consulting or big-data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with Sales/CS to support area customers and realize value.
• Onboarding and Enablement – deliver workshops and achieve milestones.
• Review health signals and address risk accounts with technical action plans.
• Engage CS/SE management to align priorities and delivery.
• Deliver strategic, case-based technical consulting up to 90 days.
