Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in funding, financial operations, reconciliations, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with ability to research, analyze, and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Experience with financial reports, reconciliations, and transaction processing.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, filtering, and data validation.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor daily funding and banking activity for spending account plans.
• Validate payment activity and resolve ACH rejections, check exceptions, and funding issues.
• Identify, apply, deposit, and track client funds, refunds, repayments, and transfers.
• Complete true-ups and funding reconciliations, including monthly and year-end activity.
• Reconcile funding accounts and monitor collateral and balances.
• Process payment files and resolve funding or payment exceptions; coordinate with partners.
