Job summary

Alderframe Systems is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our remote U.S. team in finance. You will manage invoicing tied to milestones and monthly closes, apply payments, and follow up on late balances while keeping detailed notes. Most clients pay by ACH with some checks and PO-based invoicing.

You will generate weekly aging reports for the finance manager and perform month-end reconciliations of receivables. A supportive, full-time role with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in accounts receivable, billing or collections.
• Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct or similar.
• Proficient Excel for lookups, filters, and pivots.
• Quiet workspace and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and milestone invoices with PO numbers.
• Apply payments and match to open invoices.
• Send reminder emails and calls on overdue balances.
• Maintain weekly aging reports for finance.
• Perform month-end reconciliations of receivables.
