Alderframe Systems is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for remote work in the U.S. In this role you will handle monthly and milestone invoices, apply payments, and follow up on late accounts, ensuring PO numbers are on every invoice.

You will work with QuickBooks or similar, produce aging reports, and reconcile receivables at month-end. Hours align with U.S. business hours; benefits include health coverage and 401(k).

Competenze

• At least 1 year in accounts receivable, billing or collections.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting system.
• Strong Excel skills for lookups, filters and pivots.

Mansioni

• Prepare monthly invoices with PO numbers and contract references.
• Apply payments (ACH, wire, checks) and match to open invoices.
• Send reminder emails/calls on overdue balances and note activity on each account.
• Produce a weekly aging report for the finance manager.
• Perform month-end reconciliation of receivables against the bank.
