Oldcastle APG is seeking a Specifier Sales Representative to develop and support opportunities through the specification phase. You will build and maintain positive perceptions of our brands, act as a knowledge resource for Designers and End Users, and collaborate with internal teams to drive design-in for projects.

The role is remote with residency in Philadelphia, PA or nearby areas. The ideal candidate has a background with architectural/engineering firms, strong consultative sales skills,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Architect, Design & Engineering firms.
• Track record in strategic sales and long-term planning.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.
• Cultivate leads and leverage relationships with design professionals.
• Respect design intent of architects and translate it into opportunities.
• Build brand acceptance and drive specification opportunities.
• Identify market opportunities and position products effectively.
• Coordinate with production and internal teams to support pricing and specs.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all company and team members.
