Job summary

Oldcastle APG is seeking a Specifier Sales Representative to work within an assigned territory, developing and supporting opportunities through the specification phase. You will be a knowledge resource for Designers, End Users and internal teams to promote Oldcastle APG products as design baselines for new construction and remodels.

The position is remote with residence in Philadelphia, PA or Central NJ area and requires travel up to 75% within the region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working with Architect, Design & Engineering firms.
• Able to think strategically and implement long-term plans.
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver great service.
• Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue goals.
• Create new business by nurturing leads and designer relationships.
• Understand the specification process and respect design intent.
• Build brand acceptance and customer preference for Oldcastle APG products.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and segments.
• Increase industry visibility through participation in groups and activities.
• Coordinate market research to understand designer needs.
• Collaborate with production and internal teams to support pricing.
• Maintain positive relationships with all company teammates.
