Job summary

Senneca Holdings is seeking an Architectural Specification Representative to build relationships with architects, designers, engineers, and specifiers across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and PA/Northern MD territories. The role focuses on driving product specifications and revenue growth for Stylecraft, Chase, Eliason, and HMF Express in commercial construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in specification sales, architectural sales, or technical sales within the building materials industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of the specification process and A&D community.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with relationship-building.
• Proven success in outbound prospecting and relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, specifiers, designers, engineers, and internal sales teams.
• Promote products through architectural lunch-and-learn presentations and customer visits.
• Drive specification growth for Stylecraft, Chase, Eliason, and HMF Express.
• Identify and secure product specifications in projects to increase market share and revenue.
• Manage product substitution requests and approval processes with distributors and Territory Managers.
• Provide technical expertise on product selection, performance, and code compliance.
