Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, seeks a Specifier Sales Representative to drive opportunities through the specification phase of the sales cycle. The role focuses on building relationships with designers, engineers, and end users to position Oldcastle APG as the basis of design.

Based remotely in Philadelphia, PA (or nearby) with travel up to 75%, you will develop territory strategies, support project activities, and partner with internal teams to optimize pricing and specifications for new

Qualifications

• 2+ years working with Architect, Design & Engineering Firms.
• Ability to think strategically with a track record of long-term plans.
• Commitment to outstanding customer experience and building lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of typical design project and customer decision processes.
• Skills in product application consulting.
• Strong presentation skills, verbal and written.
• Able to work independently yet collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.
• Create new business by cultivating leads with design professionals.
• Understand the specification process and respect design intent.
• Build brand acceptance, trial and preference.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and segments.
• Participate in industry groups to raise visibility and relationships.
• Coordinate with production and internal teams to support specs and pricing.
