The role focuses on delivering strategic sales programs, achieving territory targets, and fostering strong customer relationships across assigned Palm Bay, West Palm Beach, and Fort Pierce areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Alternate pathways: Associate's degree with 4+ years sales experience or High school diploma/GED with 6+ years sales experience.
• Sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and explain clinical benefits.
• Lead and drive territory sales by delivering branded messages and programs; meet or exceed targets.
• Develop relationships with accounts; tailor discussions to customer needs; facilitate access and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans; collaborate with colleagues to share best practices.
