Job summary

Lumicera Health Services Powered by Navitus is hiring an Intake Specialist I for its Specialty Pharmacy division. The role focuses on enrolling new patients, ensuring complete patient records, and communicating with patients, doctors, and insurers to support dispensing.

Responsibilities include making outreach calls, gathering demographics and payer information, and translating prescription data for dispensing software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours (8am–7pm Mon–Thu, 8am–6pm Fri).

Responsibilities

• Place calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services including care management and copay programs.
• Assist providers and insurers with triaging prior authorizations.
• Support other areas of the facility as needed.
